I was born in the small town of Almonte, Ontario and now live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I started playing music at age 12 when my dad (Rudy) went out and bought me a couple of drums, for a six pack. A couple of drums later & I was rockin' to many styles of music and developed a style wanted by many in the industry. I picked up the guitar when I was 16, when a good friend (Denis St.Michael) taught me my first three chords and my very first song, (The Streets of Baltimore, performed by Gram Parsons) I immediately began to write songs.

I've written many songs over the last 40 years. Most of my songs, are songs of experience, love, hurt, change and the road, The way other people react and the things that have gone on around me. I'm currently pitching my songs to music publishers in Canada. I have played with many acts including Ron McMunn, Red Cedar, The Creditz, Success Without College, The Travelling Troubadours, Men Without Shame and Hickory Wind. My passion is music & the magic that can transpire between fellow musicians & the audience. Some of my influences include Steve Earle, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, The whole Sun Records thing, Chuck Berry, Buck Owens, Gram Parsons, The Rolling Stones, The Beat Farmers, Marty Stuart, Jason & The Scorchers, The Police and The Cars.
